Will buyer's agents still show my home to their clients?

Yes, buyer’s agents often show FSBO (For Sale By Owner) homes to their clients, as long as the listing offers a competitive buyer’s agent commission. We advise on industry norms and strategies to ensure your home remains attractive to buyers represented by agents, but it is up to you whether to offer a buyer’s agent commission.

What if my home doesn't sell?

Because you control your listing and pricing, the outcome depends on market conditions and your sales strategy. However, we do not guarantee a sale, as that depends on market demand and your decisions as the homeowner.

Do I have to do everything myself?

Not at all. While you remain in control of listing, marketing, and showings, we guide you through every step, including pricing strategies, listing setup, and marketing insights. Our partner attorneys handle negotiations, contracts, and closing paperwork to protect your interests and ensure a legally sound transaction.
