WHERE ARE THE 40 ROUND MAGAZINES?

STUD has grown very rapidly and with a small team we only have so much time to devote to each product. When we introduced the STUD factory replacement magazines, we underestimated their demand by our customers. After looking long and hard at all our options we felt we needed to best direct our efforts to what our customers wanted. As we sell about (200) STUD factory replacement mags for every (1) 40 round magazine we felt we needed to put the 40 rounders on hold for the time being. We do expect to relist them in the future.

STUD Mag Loaders were developed to bring a premium, highly engineered and refined airgun magazine loading option to the airgun industry. Our unrelenting desire for excellence in product design, testing and refinement, has allowed us to present to our customers products we are proud to make. Our founder, after having retired from 44 years in the plastics industry, decided to take up a hobby when he retired. Much to his wife's dismay, this new hobby was hanging around the gun range. HOW DO STUD MAG LOADERS/FEEDERS WORK?

To fill a empty mag loader: Give the top a quick quarter turn counterclockwise, then pull the lid off. Load all the pellets in skirt first, filling all the empty holes with pellets. Replace the lid and give it a quarter turn clockwise until it stops. This is ready for storage and transport. To load a empty magazine: Remove the lid off your magazine. Take the Stud Mag Loader and rotate the lid counter clockwise just until you see the head of the pellet in the hole in the lid. Without turning the lid any further, flip it over and (1) pellet will drop out. This is the pellet you will use to stake

WHY DO YOU USE ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING VS. INJECTION MOLDING TO PRODUCE YOUR PRODUCT?

Great Question! Of course with 44 years of building and running injection molds, you would think that would be our preferred method of producing STUD MAG LOADERS. However, the advances in additive manufacturing have been enormous. We operate our own mini-printer farm and our machines have been heavily modified for precision printing. In fact, our printers are capable of accuracies better than 25 microns. In addition, the ability to refine and improve products without changing molds, gives additive manufacturing the edge for us.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can feel secure using PayPal or your preferred credit card when checking out. All credit card payments are handled for us by WIX Payments. STUD never has access to any of your credit card information. Payments to STUD will show up on your credit card statement as "DLH Development LLC" (the holding company for STUD Loading Systems). For your security, we do not take any credit card information over the phone etc., all transactions are through our site.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/WARRANTY POLICY?

The original purchaser may return any STUD product for any reason, within 12 months from the date of the initial order. This policy also applies to orders placed from authorized STUD dealers that are noted in our "retailers" section
