We believe you should know what's happening to your card. 01 PENDING Your GPU has been received and is waiting to enter the checking process. 02 CHECKING Our technicians inspect the card and begin testing power rails and differential signals. 03 DIAGNOSED We identify the actual fault and determine whether the GPU can be repaired. 04 REPAIRED / NOT REPAIRED If the GPU can be repaired, we carry out the required work.

AND IF WE CAN'T FIX IT?

We'll tell you. Not every GPU can be repaired. Some cards are simply too badly damaged or have problems that cannot be economically fixed. If we are unable to repair your GPU, there is no repair charge. Because we'd rather give you an honest answer than charge you for work that didn't solve the problem.
