Does the picture spin when I turn it?

No. A 3-axis gyroscope holds the image level while you rotate the wand, so up stays up on your phone screen. This is the part most cheap ear cameras get wrong: turn the handle and the picture rolls with it, which is what makes them awkward to aim.

Does anything need replacing or re-ordering?

No. The camera, eight soft silicone covers, a nine-piece stainless care set, the UV charging dock and the Type-C cable are all included for $54.99, one time. The kit arrives complete, and that is the whole cost of owning it.

Will it disconnect my phone from the internet?

While you're using it, yes, and that's normal for every wireless ear camera. The camera creates its own WiFi signal and your phone joins that instead of your home network. Mobile data keeps working, and your phone reconnects on its own when you're finished.
