DOZR is an online company with no physical locations. Instead, we partner with hundreds of equipment rental companies across North America to provide several heavy equipment rental options near our customers.

How many hours are included on my rental?

You can rent by the day, week, or month on DOZR and machines can be used up to 8 hours per day. Additional fees may apply if the agreed-upon rental time is exceeded. Hours of use may vary by the rental company.

How does DOZR handle rental extensions?

Making changes to your rental dates, including extensions and off-rents, is as easy as opening the rental confirmation email you received when first booking the equipment. Open the link, press the "Extend Rental" button, and enter the new date range needed. You can also call and speak to a DOZR Sales Team member to extend your rental.

Does DOZR provide rental equipment insurance?

Yes, DOZR's Rental Equipment Protection Plan (RPP) is a standard protection plan that is automatically added to any equipment rental on DOZR to remove the worry of damages and accidents, covering up to $500,000 for all DOZR renters.

Do I have to pay for delivery and pick up or can I haul the equipment myself?

If you prefer to pick up and haul the equipment rental yourself you can do so. However, DOZR does not provide trailers for delivery. You will be required to provide the trailer or hauling truck and arrange the pick up and return of the rental.
