Welcome I believe in change and that we are all capable of it. In my work, I help clients tap into their past successes and current strengths to make the changes needed to live meaningful values-driven lives. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet each client's individual needs and consider my style to be integrative. My work is primarily informed by client centered strength-based therapies (including positive psychology and solution-focused approaches), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I also incorporate psychodynamic and trauma-informed interventions into my clinical work. My professional interests include anxiety, depression, workplace concerns, stress management, life transitions, values identification and clarification, mindfulness, and working with students and professionals--particularly those in the helping and medical fields.
