Yes, home exercises are an essential part of your care at All Seasons Chiropractic. Dr. Trevor provides personalized homework assignments including specific stretches, strengthening exercises, and guidance on using supportive tools like cervical and lumbar foam rolls and wedges and wobble discs. We use home exercise prescription software to create customized programs tailored to your condition and abilities.
