What is NIL?

NIL stands for “name, image, and likeness” and refers to the legal right of an individual to control how their name, image, and likeness are used, including for commercial purposes. In college athletics, the advent of NIL allows for student-athletes to profit from their personal brands.

Where does the money from each dyNILsty University Fund go?

dyNILsty will work with each school individually to understand the best way to deploy these funds in support of the institution’s NIL efforts.

What if I already have an existing account/accounts?

dyNILsty works best if you create a new account with an operator you have not previously used.

What if I win my bets?

Nothing! Your winnings are yours to keep! dyNILsty generates revenue when users register and deposit at partnering operators, as well as from the net revenue (losses) those accounts generate (where applicable).

Do I need to go through this process every time I bet?

No! Once you create a new account through the dyNILsty platform, you can access that account directly through the respective operator’s platform. However, if you would like to switch operators and continue to support your school(s), make sure to create that new account through the dyNILsty platform!
