Do you offer custom print?

Yep, 100% we do. For us, custom is where things get fun. We love the opportunity to make your brand shine on a cup or bag. We also offer custom sizing.

How does the custom print process work?

Firstly, we’ll want to spend some time understanding what you are looking for to help us guide you in choosing the right packaging solution for your business. We’ll then walk you through the design process, communicate with you closely along the way with samples and proofs, all the way to getting the final order into your hands.

How long does the custom print process take?

From the first conversation to the order arriving, it’s usually a minimum of 12 weeks (it can also be quicker or longer, depending on the order and time of year!).

What is the MOQ for custom orders?

For custom-printed coffee bags, our MOQ is 10,000 and for custom printed coffee cups, it’s 30,000. For off-the-shelf stock orders, these MOQs don’t apply.

Do you charge set up fees?

For custom orders, there are occasionally set up fees depending on the quantity of the order. Reach out to us and we can help you navigate through the fees involved with custom orders.
