How is this different from a parcel audit tool?

Parcel audit tools read your carrier's invoice — late-delivery refunds and surcharge errors. Implentio reconciles your full 3PL fulfillment invoice too (pick & pack, storage, case-vs-each, B2B inners, accessorials) plus parcel, where the largest, least-visible errors hide. We also handle optimization, benchmarking and the credit recovery for you.

How fast can we go live, and what do you need?

Most brands are up and running within a few weeks with about an hour of their time. We need read-only OMS/ERP access (Shopify / NetSuite), a few months of 3PL invoices, and your rate cards and carrier agreements. We handle ingestion and build your rules engine.

Is your access to our systems secure?

Yes. Access is read-only and least-privilege — we never write to your systems or move money. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and our security program is built around SOC 2 control principles.

Do you handle the credit claims, or just flag errors?

We handle credit claims end-to-end at no additional cost. Errors are grouped by root cause and submitted with order-level evidence — fully managed.

Will this hurt our relationship with our 3PL?

No — it isn't adversarial. We hold each invoice to the contract you already agreed to and show what billing should have been, not opinions about your provider. Cleaner data and smarter routing help your 3PL too — and much of the value is simply a transparent view of your own spend, which is yours to have either way.
