Can I start with the Free plan and upgrade later?

Yes. Start with the Free plan to test the platform with up to 3 reports total using manual data entry, AI features (with your API key), Campaign Story, Compare, and chart customization. When you're ready for API integrations, exports, scheduled reporting, and higher synced-record limits, upgrade to Starter, Growth, or Scale. Your existing reports carry over when you upgrade.

Do I need API keys to use Email Calculator?

No, API keys are optional. The Free plan works entirely with manual data entry. API integrations are included on paid plans and require you to add your platform API keys in settings. This enables automatic data syncing so you don't have to manually enter metrics for each campaign.

What is the AI Assistant and how does it work?

The AI Assistant analyzes your campaign data and provides insights and recommendations. It helps identify trends, spot optimization opportunities, and suggest next steps based on your metrics. To use it, add your own OpenAI API key in settings. The AI Assistant uses your key to generate campaign-specific insights while keeping your data secure.

Can I export and share reports?

Yes. All users can view and share reports within the platform. Paid plans can export reports in multiple formats (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HTML, Text) for presentations and stakeholder updates. Paid plans also include scheduled reporting to automatically send report updates to your team via email on a recurring basis.
