Is your solution completely open-source?

The front-end of our solution is completely open-source and available to everyone. However, our back-end and more specifically our APIs, are proprietary and can be acquired via paid license.

What is Enatega and how does it work?

Enatega is perfect for customers looking to deploy a readymade and easy to use platform for their food delivery and logistics business. Just like foodpanda and ubereats, our solution can incorporate multiple restaurants as well as restaurants that operate in multiple locations. With access to the admin panel and separate applications for customers and riders, you can use this solution to create your own foodpanda/ clone instantaneously.

Can I customize the Enatega delivery platform?

Yes, it is fully customizable. However, additional changes that are outside our scope of work will be subject to further charges.

Can the software be used for any location?

Yes, the platform can be used anywhere in the world. We currently have customers using the platform from all over the world. Our API integrations are ones that can be used globally.

Can I own my own food delivery marketplace platform with Enatega?

Yes. With Enatega, you don’t just rent software, you fully own your food delivery marketplace. Our solution includes customer, restaurant, and driver apps plus an admin panel, all delivered with complete source code. This means you can run your marketplace under your own brand, customize features to your needs, and scale without limits. Unlike SaaS platforms, there are no monthly commissions or vendor lock-ins.

Are there any ongoing updates or maintenance plans available for the software?

The product is considered as the final version, so there are no planned updates or maintenance. However, when we push updates to the frontend, they’ll be available to you through our repo.

Does the software support cash payments? What payment methods are supported?

Yes it does support cash payments. The customer has the choice to either pay via debit/credit card via stripe, or they can use paypal or simply cash. You can also integrate other payment options but that would require modifications within the code.

Can I make changes to the app myself using the provided frontend and backend code, or do I need to rely on your development team?

You can make any changes yourself if you or your team is familiar with the tech stack. If you need assistance with deployment or customizations, our parent company Ninjas Code can handle that for you, their pricing plans are mentioned on the website: www.ninjascode.com . Please note that currently the Ninjas Code team is only handling deployments for Enatega for clients who have purchased the backend.
