Can I use your sensors without a subscription?

Naturally, it is possible to use the app both as an individual and as an organisation for free. If you intend to utilize our products in a professional setting with clients or athletes, we recommend our Enode Pro+ subscription for optimal results. As an individual, a subscription to Enode One+ adds benefits such as automatic training plans and deeper insights. Can I use the app without a sensor?

Since the new Enode app release, it is possible to use the app without using a sensor. The Enode app is like a strength-training logbook, but with smart suggestions based on your reps-in-reserve input. Using a sensor or an Apple Watch (Enode One only) paired with the app is optimal to receive much more detailed feedback.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver worldwide with the exceptions of Belarus, Israel, Brazil, Ukraine, and Russia. Please note that additional costs for customs duties and fees may apply for all shipping countries outside the European Union.

Are you issuing an invoice or any comparable receipt?

As with any other purchase, you will receive a proper invoice from us. If applicable, this invoice will also contain all information for special tax cases. If you have a company within the EU and are entitled to deduct input tax, please enter your EU VAT ID during checkout. The VAT will then be deducted automatically, if applicable. Invoices are also issued in the e-invoice standard known in several EU countries.
