Erdafitinib is a small-molecule inhibitor of selected FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3 and FGFR4 signaling. FGFRs are receptor tyrosine kinases located on the cell surface. When activated by their ligands, they can transmit intracellular signals involved in cell proliferation, survival and other biological processes.
