Do I need an account to send files?

No! You can upload and share files without creating an account. However, creating a free account gives you access to features like transfer analytics, project organization, custom domains, and larger file limits.

What is the maximum file size?

File size limits depend on your plan. Free users can send files up to the default limit, while paid plans offer significantly larger file sizes. Our chunked upload technology ensures even the largest files upload reliably.

How long do transfers stay available?

You can set a custom expiration date for each transfer. If no expiration is set, transfers follow the default retention period based on your plan. Paid plans offer longer retention and the ability to keep transfers indefinitely.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. All uploads are encrypted in transit with TLS/SSL. You can also enable file encryption at rest and add password protection to your transfers. We never access or share your files.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes! With a paid plan, you can connect your own domain so download pages appear under your brand. This is perfect for businesses and freelancers who want a professional look.

Do recipients need an account?

No. Anyone with the download link (and the password, if set) can download files directly in their browser. No signup, no app install required.

What happens when a transfer expires?

When a transfer expires, the download link is deactivated and the files are scheduled for deletion. You can always create a new transfer with the same files.
