Where can ExpoFP be used?

ExpoFP can be used for booth assignments and reservations at any expo, trade show or fair. It supports conferences, weddings, food truck festivals, offices and more.

Can I reuse the map for the second year?

Yes, you can copy the map, and optionally last year's exhibitors, to the new event. Note that there will be a separate charge for every year and every map will have a different URL.

Do you have a mobile app?

Our floor plans look perfect on any phone and any browser and usually only a few attendees install an event app. But if you have an app already – it is easy to integrate our floor plan to any app.

Can exhibitors buy or reserve booths through ExpoFP?

Yes. On your request, every available booth could be purchased or reserved free right through the floor plan.

What do I need to get started?

Nothing. Just start drawing in FP Designer. Or upload an initial image of floor plan and we'll do it for you. You'll always be able to change it later yourself.

How long do you host a map?

Two years or more if needed. You can remove it any time you want.

How do I modify the data?

In Organizer Portal you'll be able to modify the floor plan, exhibitors, booths and more.

What is an interactive floor plan?

It's a digital venue map where visitors can search for exhibitors and sessions, get directions and explore details. Organizers use it to manage booth assignments, reservations, sales and analytics.
