Is my information secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted and only shared with caregivers and care team members you authorize. Every change is recorded in an audit trail so you always know who did what and when.

What can I track for a patient?

Each patient profile can include medications, conditions, allergies, vitals, provider appointments, emergency contacts, and care notes. You can also generate an Emergency Packet — a shareable summary of critical health information.

How do caregiver visits work?

Anyone on the care team can propose a visit with a date, time, and task list. The caregiver receives an email and can accept or decline. Once confirmed, tasks become an interactive checklist the caregiver can check off during the visit.

What are permission levels?

Each caregiver is assigned a role — Admin, Advocate, or Standard — that controls what they can view and manage. This lets you share the right level of information with each person involved in care.
