How long does it take to return the results?

We manage delivery on a per-unit basis, where each unit corresponds to a single output — such as a 2D analysis, 3D FEM model, or thermal shock simulation for one build-up configuration, for instance. Each unit type has a typical turnaround time, which we confirm at quotation stage. A 2D analysis takes on average one working day.

Are the outputs and reports compliant with relevant standards?

Yes — all outputs are prepared in accordance with applicable industry standards, including BS EN ISO 6946, ISO 10211, and BR 497 where relevant. Methodologies are selected to suit project-specific requirements and regulatory context. For example, thermal bridging assessments for residential schemes in the UK are SAP-aligned and developed in accordance with Approved Document L, the SAP specification, and BR 497.
