AI Visibility Scorecard
fancymoji.com · Technology
Borderline visible. AI bots can crawl Fancymoji, but the structured-data signals are thin - you are at real risk of being skipped when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation.

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 4.9/10, Fancymoji is crawlable but under-signaled - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
what is a kaomoji?
a kaomoji is a face you read upright, assembled from characters that were never meant to be a face. the word is japanese — 顔文字 — and it is literally two words stuck together: 顔 (kao, "face") and 文字 (moji, "character"). face characters. they turned up in japan in the 1980s, on an early online service called ASCII NET, and the original (^_^) is credited to yasushi wakabayashi in 1986.
how to type kaomoji?
copying from here is the fast way, and for anything with combining marks it is the only reliable way — those characters are not on any keyboard. but two of the four big systems have a kaomoji picker built in already: windows — press the windows key and full stop together. the emoji panel that opens has a kaomoji tab, marked with a small ;-) icon.
