What bond hardness should I use on my concrete floor?

What diamond tools remove epoxy coatings and adhesive from concrete?

PCD (polycrystalline diamond) scrapers are most effective for thick epoxy, paint, and adhesive removal. For thinner coatings or mastic, start with a hard-bond diamond cup wheel at low grit (16–30). We stock PCD tooling for Klindex, Lavina, Husqvarna, and most major planetary grinders.

What grit sequence should I use for concrete polishing?

A standard polishing sequence: 16–30 grit metal bond (open floor and level), 40–60 grit metal bond (refine), 100–200 grit resin (transition), 400–800 grit resin (hone), 1500–3000 grit resin (finish). Each floor is different — PSI, aggregate exposure, and existing coatings all affect which grits to skip or add.
