AI Visibility Scorecard
fedoraplanet.org · Technology
Borderline visible. AI bots can crawl Fedora People, but the structured-data signals are thin - you are at real risk of being skipped when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation.

from our crawl and measurement
Fedora People is a business whose own site puts it this way: "You sit down, ask an LLM to write a helper script or refactor an awkward class, and it hands back something that looks strikingly professional." To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, though, it is barely visible: it scores 4.6 out of 10.
Our crawl found a readable heading structure. It is missing structured data describing the business, an llms.txt file and a sitemap.
AI crawlers have visited 2 times in our tracking, including ClaudeBot (Anthropic).

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 4.6/10, Fedora People is crawlable but under-signaled - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
What is Ollama?
Ollama is an open-source framework designed for running, creating, and sharing large language models. It packages model weights, configuration, and data into a unified management system. Running it inside a container means you don’t have to deal with complex local dependencies, Python environments, or complex GPU driver configurations on your base OS.
How to close issues?
Posted by Ben Cotton ( bcotton ) on 2026-07-22 12:00:00 UTC If you want to start a fight, bring up the topic of closing unresolved issues. People have strong opinions on this topic, and for good reason. To maintainers, open issues can be overwhelming. They represent a backlog of work that will never get done. To users, issues represent a real pain point.
Syslog-ng journald source: how to avoid log bombs on errors?
Posted by Peter Czanik ( czanik ) on 2026-07-22 11:56:05 UTC Choose your poison: Up until version 4.12, when syslog-ng ran into an error jumping to a saved systemd journal position, it read the journal from the beginning. With the latest syslog-ng version, you can configure what happens in case of such an error.
