AI Visibility Scorecard
fetch-mail.com · Technology
Borderline visible. AI bots can crawl Fetch, but the structured-data signals are thin - you are at real risk of being skipped when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation.

from our crawl and measurement
Fetch describes itself simply: "Add email capability to Microsoft Teams and consolidate your communications in one platform." To AI engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity, though, it is barely visible: it scores 3.2 out of 10.
Our crawl found a readable heading structure. It is missing structured data describing the business, an llms.txt file and a sitemap.

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 3.2/10, Fetch is crawlable but under-signaled - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
What types of email accounts does Fetch work with?
Currently, Fetch only works with Microsoft Outlook 365 accounts. It does not support IMAP4 or POP3 access to other email hosting providers.
What happens after the Free beta-testing period ends?
We will notify all users via email well in advance of the end of the free beta-testing period, and provide you with the option to purchase a license to continue using Fetch. If you do not decide to purchase a license, this will not affect your Outlook email account in any way.
Is Fetch secure and private?
Yes. Under the hood, Fetch uses the Microsoft Graph API to send and receive your emails over secure transport layers. Fetch does not collect, store, or share any additional information relating to the contents of your email.
