Am I eligible?

If you're living in Germany as an international, earn income here, and want to optimize your finances, you're likely eligible. We work with anyone from early-career professionals to established executives.

What's the difference between real estate and holistic planning?

Real estate investing focuses specifically on using property to reduce taxes and build wealth. Holistic planning takes a broader view of your entire financial situation including investments, retirement, insurance, and life goals.

How much does it cost?

Our calculators and planning tools are free to use. For personalized guidance, we offer 1:1 coaching sessions at an hourly rate. When your plan points to a product or service that fits — i.e. investment property — and you choose to go through one of our partners (you don't have to), we earn a referral commission from the partner. Not from you. In the case of investment properties, since we work mostly on new buildings, the developer of these buildings pays. Which means there is no agent fee that you have to pay, which is more a norm on the market.
