How long do the treats last? How should I store them after opening?

Our treats are best enjoyed within one month of purchase. Because we use no preservatives, we recommend serving them to your pet as soon as possible for peak freshness. Store in a cool, dry place — refrigeration is even better. Each package is labeled with a best-by date.

Do your treats contain preservatives? How do you keep them fresh without any?

No — we never add preservatives of any kind. Instead, every batch is first sterilized at high heat (70°C / 158°F), then slow-dehydrated at a low temperature (50–60°C / 122–140°F). Because our recipes use only simple, natural ingredients, the shelf life is shorter than mass-produced treats — that's the trade-off for keeping things clean. We recommend enjoying them fresh.

Are your treats suitable for puppies, kittens, or senior pets?

Yes, with a few guidelines:Dogs: 3 months and olderCats: 6 months and olderSenior pets: We recommend our cookies and smaller bite-sized treats. Older pets often have weaker teeth and don't need chew-type treats, so crispy cookies and one-bite treats are gentler and easier to enjoy.

How much should I feed per day?

All of our treats are made from human-grade ingredients with zero additives, so there's no strict daily limit like conventional commercial treats. That said, treats are treats — they should complement your pet's regular meals, not replace them. Since dehydrated treats are low in moisture, feed in moderation and always keep fresh water available.
