AI Visibility Scorecard
Borderline visible. AI bots can crawl forceheroes.com, but the structured-data signals are thin - you are at real risk of being skipped when buyers ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for a recommendation.

from our crawl and measurement
Nitj’sefni Night wanderer describes itself simply: "Although describe calls will show it is possible, DML operations on Live Agent configuration object are forbidden / blocked." When AI engines look at it, they find little to work with. It scores 4.3 out of 10.
Our crawl found a sitemap and a readable heading structure. It is missing structured data describing the business and an llms.txt file.

Your AEO score measures whether AI search engines - ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini - can actually read your site and cite it in answers. Roughly two-thirds of sites are invisible to them. At 4.3/10, forceheroes.com is crawlable but under-signaled - fixable, and the signals above are where to start.
How can I schedule working time for my call center?
As far as standard functionality goes there is no simple ways to stop clients entering live agent queue as long there is at least one agent being “Online” and not at full capacity. Each Live Chat Button can have different queue size, which can be set per “active” agent or overall.
Can I dynamically map clients to many queues?
Live Agent does not support mapping to a queue based on multiple parameters. Decision to which queue client will be assigned has to be done on page using JavaScript snippet. Simply saying: You click a button that was exposed to you, that button carries your to given queue and that’s it, no place for any more flexible
My list of features which should be added to the out of the box Live Agent solution?
dynamic queue mapping, based on multiple parameters There are is no standard way of mapping clients to a queue based on multiple parameters. Decision to which queue user should be assign has to be done on page on which button starting chat will be displayed. Meaning any kind of change of the mapping has to be done outside Salesforce.
OK, no widgets. But at least I have the HTML5 date picker, right?
No you don’t. Or you’ll have to fall back gracefully. For whatever bizarre reason the HTML5 doesn’t work in Android S1 app. It works fine on iDevices and on regular pages such as (awesome) http://diveintohtml5.info/forms.html#type-date. But it doesn’t want to work within Android S1 app. A full keyboard is shown instead of native date picker “spinners”.
So, where does it take us?
All in all – I’ve learned a lot. Developing for S1 is painful and I didn’t find the samples & documentation terribly useful. You’ll have to hand craft a lot for maximum performance.
