My insert says the pen is fine at room temp for 30 days. Do I really need this?

Only if ambient temperature never crosses 86°F for the entire 30 days — including inside a car, a gym bag, or a warm room. Most people who've had a scare didn't think they needed it either, until they did.

Is this discreet enough for travel/work/family?
