Will anyone know what I bought?

No. Privacy is non-negotiable here. Every order ships in a plain box sealed with camouflage tape — no Fort Troff logos, no product names, nothing on the outside that hints at what's inside. Your card statement shows "DUALCITY REV" as the descriptor, not Fort Troff. We've been doing this for 25+ years. Discretion is muscle memory.

How fast will my order ship?

Fast. We run one of the most accurate shipping operations in gay gear — 99%+ of orders ship complete. Orders placed before 5pm ET, Tuesday through Friday, typically go out the same day via UPS (our preferred carrier). Orders placed after 6pm ET Friday through Monday may take 1–2 extra business days. International rides USPS or UPS — expedited UPS lands in 2–6 days with insurance; economy runs 1–3 weeks, uninsured.

What if it's not the right fit?

We want you happy, period. Unopened gear in original packaging can be returned within 90 days for replacement or store credit — no restocking fees, and we cover shipping on the replacement. You pay return shipping; we handle the rest. Email [email protected] with your order number to get an RMA. Due to the nature of our products, opened items can't be returned, but reach out anyway if something arrived wrong or defective — we'll make it right.
