Will you handle all the shipping processes, or do I need to find a customs broker to manage imports?

We take care of all shipping and customs processes end-to-end, from the manufacturer in China to your destination — whether that's the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia or New Zealand. You won't need to find a customs broker or trucking company on your own.

Are your shipping prices inclusive of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?

We offer DDP services for many China-to-USA and Korea-to-USA shipping lines. DDP can include freight, customs clearance, import duties, taxes and final delivery, depending on the route and commodity.

What is the process for moving forward if we choose ForwarderOne as our freight forwarder?

Once you decide to work with us, simply request a quote, book it online, and we will handle the rest. We will take care of pickup, export, shipping, import, and delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Will you provide tracking numbers for my shipments?

For shipments utilizing the SPD delivery method, tracking numbers will be updated on the Shipment page once shipped. For LTL deliveries, we will update the Shipment page with the PRO#.

What documents or information are required to initiate and complete the shipping process?

For most shipments, the standard documents required are: commercial invoice and packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and any applicable import permits or certificates of origin. For Amazon FBA shipments, FBA labels and shipment IDs are also needed.
