What is your refund policy?

We offer a 3-day refund window for unused credits on all our plans. To be eligible, you must request the refund within 3 days of purchase and the credits must be completely unused. After the 3-day period or if any credits have been used, refunds are not possible due to the costs associated with AI processing. Contact our support team for refund requests.
