Can i change my plan or cancel anytime?

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime except the cases with the long-term agreements.

We are working on a pre-paid basis offering credit/debit card payments, wire transfers, SEPA, Payoneer and WebMoney. You can always change your payment method. All you need is to contact your personal manager.

FraudScore offers a 99.5% uptime guarantee on all paid plans. We are hosted on Amazon cloud for scale.

What is the data retention?

We will retain your data for 3 months. If you wish to have more than 3 months data retention please contact your manager. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Do you offer downloadable reports?

You can download report in any comfortable format such as PDF, CSV & Excel! The reports are customisable, so you can decide which fields will be included.

How to start using FraudScore?

1. Register for FraudScore and get approved2. Setup the integration via our easy-to-use Integration Wizard. You can choose Postback, API, Pixel or JStag integration, depending on the platform you use and your campaign type.3.
