Have you ever felt like you're grieving a life you're still alive to live?

I know... that's kind of a heavy question. I remember writing those words down for the first time and thinking, "That feels a little dramatic." But the more I've sat with it... and the more conversations I've had with other adults with ADHD... the more I think that's exactly what so many of us are feeling. Because it isn't that we don't believe we're capable. That's almost what makes it harder.

So why am I building this?

For the longest time, I thought what I needed was accountability. Not because I understood why it worked. I didn't. I just had this theory that if more people knew I was trying to do something, I'd have a better chance of actually doing it. So a little over 100 days ago, I decided to test it. I made a public commitment on Instagram that I was going to post every single day for 60 days.

So... what am I building?

The more I've been thinking about all of this, the more I've realized I don't think people with ADHD need another course. We don't need another planner. We don't need another productivity hack or another YouTube video explaining executive function. If information was enough, I think most of us would've figured this out by now.
