How long until I see results from a retainer service?

Roughly 30–60 days for paid ads, 90–180 days for SEO, 60–90 days for organic social. Performance reporting starts in week one so trajectory is visible long before peak.

What happens after the 12-month engagement?

It rolls onto a month-to-month with 30 days notice. No re-onboarding fee, no rate hike. Most clients renew because the system compounds — pulling out at month 13 leaves the asset behind, not the work behind.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between bundles?

Yes — at any quarter boundary. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You keep all assets either way.

Do you offer refunds?

Retainer work is delivered monthly and isn't refundable. For one-off projects: deposits are non-refundable once design starts; the remaining 50% is contingent on delivery against the agreed scope. We've never had a project not ship.

Who owns the website and ad accounts at the end?

You do — from day one. All accounts, code, and assets sit in your name. We work inside your stack, not ours, so leaving is as friction-free as joining.

How do AI automations work in practice?

Built on n8n, Make.com, or custom code, calling GPT, Claude, or your model of choice. Common cases: lead qualification, support triage, CRM enrichment, content drafting. Documented and handed over with a 30-day post-launch warranty.

Can I get a custom package outside the listed bundles?

Yes. Enterprise tier exists for that reason — multi-site, multi-region, or custom-stack work quoted on inquiry within 24 hours.
