What holds it back is the technical files AI engines look for, such as llms.txt or an open robots.txt and credibility markers like credentials or reviews.

Away from its own site, the domain reads as established, it turns up in press coverage and people discuss it in places AI engines read. Beyond that, almost no other sites link to it, AI engines do not yet recognise it as a distinct business and it does not come up on Reddit. Those are earned elsewhere on the web, not fixed on the site itself.
