How long before I can collect my order?

Please allow from 1 to 2 business hours for order processing. Please wait for "Ready for collection" email before heading in for collection. Please have your "Ready for collection" email ready to show counter counter staff when picking up order.** **NOTE: If Purchaser can not provide "ready for collection" email or other proof of identity then goods will not be provided. Can I do same day pickup?

Yes! Same Day pickup available on the following days/times* - Sunday: 11am-3pm Saturday: 10am-4:30pm Monday: 10am-5:00pm Tuesday :10am-5:00pm Wednesday: 10am-5:00pm Thurday: 10am-7:00pm Friday: 10am-5:00pm *Last same day "click and collect" orders processed if received at least 1 hour prior to closing time.

What you see online is not what is instore! We carry a large selection of paints, tools and boardgames. We also have a small range of Games Workshop and Dungeons & Dragons products too! We keep the rest of our catalogue in a storage facility nearby. Click & Collect is the best option to make your GG experience the smoothest! Standard Postage*: items are usually sent within 1-3 business days* (M-F).
