How long does delivery take?
Pre-orders will be dispatched on the 12th of December, so you can expect to receive your order within one working week from this date.
I missed pre-order, when will I be able to purchase FireFly™ again?
If you missed pre-order, don't worry, we will be officially launching the product in January 2021 when we will be offering next day delivery.
How do I install it?
FireFly™ is supplied as standard with two different mounting options. A saddle mount which is installed onto the seat rails using cables ties (provided) or, our seat post mount which wraps around the seat post with a rubber strap.
How long does FireFly™ take to charge?
FireFly™ takes 90 mins to fully charge. Once fully charged, a green light will display to identify that the battery is at full capacity.
What's the difference between manual and automatic mode?
Automatic mode takes the hassle out of using your light. You won't need to turn on/off your light again as the on-board accelerometer will detect when the light is moving (or not) and will switch on/off accordingly.
