Is my financial data secure?

All data is encrypted with 256-bit encryption, and we connect through Plaid with read-only access. Planned never sees your banking credentials. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, always.

Does Planned sell my data?

Never. Your financial data exists for one purpose: powering your experience. It's what drives your health score, your personalized insights, and your AI coach. It never leaves Planned.

How is Planned different from Copilot or YNAB?

Most finance apps track spending and stop there. Planned goes further with a financial health score that shows where you actually stand, and an AI coach that gives you real guidance based on your numbers. It's less about categorizing the past and more about improving what comes next.

What does the AI coach actually do?

It gives you on-demand financial guidance based on your real income, spending, and goals. Ask it something like "can I afford a vacation this summer?" and it looks at your actual budget and savings to give you a real answer, not generic advice.

Which banks are supported?

Planned connects to over 12,000 US financial institutions through Plaid, including major banks, credit unions, credit cards, investment accounts, and loans. If your institution supports Plaid, it works with Planned.
