What if my cat doesn't use it?

Don't worry! Cats are naturally curious and love moving water, so they'll most likely start drinking right away. And if not, you're covered by our 365-day money-back guarantee.

How hard is it to keep clean?

It comes apart in seconds. No hidden channels, no narrow tubes, nothing you need a cotton bud to reach.Every part that touches water is dishwasher safe, so a full clean takes about five minutes. Rinse, load, done. Most owners give it a quick rinse when they change the filter, and a proper wash every couple of weeks. Because the steel is non-porous, there's no slimy film to scrub off the way there is with plastic.

How often do the filters need to be changed?

For optimal performance, we recommend changing the filter once a month to keep your dog's water clean, fresh, and well filtered.

Is it easy to install?

Yes! Installing it takes less than 2 minutes. It's that easy!Step 1: Place the filter in its compartment.Step 2: Fill the stainless steel reservoir with clean water.Step 3: Turn it on and you're done! Your dog now has constant access to clean, filtered water.

Why 316 medical-grade steel instead of 304?

Almost every pet fountain uses 304 steel. 316 is the grade used in surgical instruments: the added molybdenum resists corrosion and the chlorides in tap water, so the surface stays smooth and non-porous instead of pitting, which is where bacteria take hold.We use 316 through the entire water path: bowl, reservoir and pump housing.
