What is Trustia, and how does it work?

Trustia helps you recover your money when something goes wrong after an online purchase — whether it’s a missing item, a refund that never came, or a seller that won’t answer. We take care of the process for you, from contacting the merchant to escalating legally if needed. Disclaimer: Trustia is not a law firm, but we work closely with legal experts when necessary.

What if my case needs legal action?

We’ve got you covered. If the seller still doesn’t cooperate, we’ll work with our partner law firms to take things further. You don’t need to do a thing — we manage everything on your behalf.Please note: Trustia covers legal costs up to $200. Beyond that, we’ll discuss the options with you first.

How long does it take to resolve a case?

Simple claims are often solved within a few days. Legal or complex cases can take longer — but we’ll keep you informed the whole way.Good to know: 85% of cases are resolved within days.

What do I need to provide for my claim?

Is Trustia’s service available internationally?
