On the page it is passable on basic crawler access. What holds it back is a heading structure that lays out what it offers, credibility markers like credentials or reviews, structured data describing the business, a clearly stated business identity and sitemaps and entity links AI can follow.

Off the page, other sites link to it. There is some, but not much, sign that the domain is only lightly established.
