Do I need a new account even if I already had one on SportsConnect?

Yes. Sprocket is a completely separate platform. Everyone needs to create a new account. It takes about 3 minutes—your email becomes your username.

Can I pay with a bank account instead of a credit card?

Yes. Sprocket supports credit card, debit card, and ACH (bank transfer) payments. ACH means no more worrying about expired cards blocking a registration. Payment plans are also built in and automatic.

How will I get schedule changes and rainout notifications?

Through the Sprocket app (push notifications) and email. When a schedule changes or a session is cancelled, you’ll be notified immediately. No more calling a rainout line or checking social media.

What if I have multiple kids in different SBV programs?

One account covers your entire household. Add each player from your Dashboard and manage all of them—registrations, schedules, payments—in one place with a shared wallet.

Is the early offer an extra fee on top of tryouts?

No. The deposit is the exact same amount you’d pay when accepting a spot at tryouts—the annual fee plus two months of coaching fees. This is the same tryout acceptance process, just sent to you early so your player can lock in their spot before summer.
