How does Grais access my data?

Only when you attach it. You choose the conversation; Grais reads just the context you share while attached. It never sends a message or changes anything without your approval.

How does Grais handle and store my data?

Grais is local-first by default. Cloud processing is used when you request features that require it, such as AI-generated replies or sync, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I delete my memories and synced data?

Yes. You can delete memories, conversations, and synced records in the product. For full account and data deletion, email [email protected].

What devices can I use Grais on?

Today Grais runs as a Chrome extension on desktop, and the iOS app is on TestFlight. The Mac app is in development and coming soon. Mobile and desktop work together; the Mac quietly handles actions you approve from your phone.

Does Grais send messages on its own?

Only if you ask it to. Three trust tiers per contact: review every draft, voice-approve before send, or let Grais handle known conversations on its own. You can change tiers at any time.

How is Grais different from using ChatGPT to draft replies?

ChatGPT lives in a separate tab. Grais lives where the conversation is. It reads context automatically, remembers what you have said to that person across months, tracks what you and they promised each other, and drafts in your voice. No copy-paste, no losing the thread, no starting from scratch.

Who is Grais for?
