Will I overheat?

Our blanket uses a moisture-wicking inner shell and breathable cover.

What weight should I get?

Start with 10% of your body weight.

Can it really machine-wash?

The cover machine-washes — that's the part touching your skin. The inner weighted blanket is spot-clean only(you don't want 25 lb of glass beads in your washing machine). We've thought about this so you don't have to.

Will the beads leak over time?

Not in our construction. Glass beads are bonded into a quilted micro-grid with double-stitched seams that survived 5,000 wash cycles in our durability lab. Most weighted blankets that leak are using plastic pellets in single-baffle construction. We don't.

Is this safe for kids?

Yes — for ages 6+ at the right weight.Children should never use a weighted blanket heavier than 10% of their body weight, and never under age 2. The Kids version (7 lb) is sized for kids 50–75 lb.

Does it actually help with anxiety?

Independent SleepScore research showed 54.7% of users reported less anxiety after four weeks. The mechanism is real: deep pressure stimulation activates the parasympathetic nervous system. It's not a clinical treatment — it's a tool. For some people it's life-changing. For some it's not. We'd rather you know going in.

What if I don't like it?
