We prepare, organize, and check USCIS paperwork for straightforward marriage-based green card cases. If your situation requires legal strategy, representation, or advice on complex immigration history, we will tell you directly and refer you to an immigration attorney. We are transparent about this before you pay anything.

Why is this so much cheaper than a lawyer?

Because we do something different than attorneys. Immigration attorneys provide legal advice, legal strategy, and legal representation — and you pay for their license, their malpractice insurance, their staff, and their overhead. For straightforward marriage green card cases, much of the attorney's actual work is paperwork preparation: filling out forms, building evidence packets, and organizing the filing. Greenbroad focuses specifically on that paperwork preparation work — which is why we can do it for $749 instead of $5,000+. We're not cutting corners; we're staying in our lane and charging

Is this just DIY software with a different name?

No. DIY immigration software walks you through filling out forms, then leaves you to organize, print, and submit everything yourself. You're still responsible for making sure the packet is complete, consistent, signed, and correctly organized. Greenbroad is different: we prepare your forms, build your evidence checklist, check the complete packet for missing pages, signature spots, date conflicts, evidence gaps, and filing-order issues, then print, assemble, and ship it to your door.

What exactly is included in the $749?

Your $749 includes: preparation of all required forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, G-1145), a personalized evidence checklist tailored to your case, evidence organization, a complete packet check within 48 hours of receiving your documents, cover letters, printing, assembly in USCIS-expected order, and shipping to your door. There are no hourly charges, no surprise fees, and no add-ons. USCIS government filing fees are separate — those are paid directly to USCIS and are not included in our fee.

Are USCIS filing fees included?

No. USCIS filing fees are paid directly to the U.S. government and are not part of Greenbroad's $749 service fee. Currently, the total USCIS filing fees for an adjustment of status marriage green card package are approximately $1,440–$1,770 for most applicants (this includes I-485, I-765, I-131, and I-130 fees). These fees change periodically — always check USCIS.gov for the most current fee schedule.

What if my case turns out to be complicated?

If your case has complications — criminal history (including minor arrests), prior immigration denials, overstays with complex history, removal or deportation proceedings, fraud or misrepresentation concerns, or unusual immigration circumstances — Greenbroad is not the right fit, and we will tell you that directly on the free case check before you pay anything. We only accept cases we are confident we can prepare correctly. If we see red flags, we refer you to an immigration attorney. This protects you and maintains the integrity of our service.

What is your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with our service, we refund your full $749 — no questions asked. We can offer this because we only take cases where we're confident we can prepare the package correctly. On the free case check, if we see complications we can't handle, we tell you before you ever pay. If USCIS rejects your filing specifically because of an error Greenbroad made in the package preparation, we also refund your fee. USCIS filing fees are paid directly to the government and are outside our control.

How long does the process take from start to finish?

After your free case check, most clients complete the guided intake and document upload within 1–2 weeks (the pace is yours to set). Once we receive your complete documents, we prepare and check your packet within 48 hours. Shipping takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. So from the moment you send us complete documents to having the packet in your hands is typically about a week. The total process — from first call to packet in hand — usually takes 2–4 weeks for clients who complete the intake promptly.
