What Is Grounding? (And Why Your Grandparents Slept Better Than You)?

Is it safe to sleep on?

Yes. GroundNightly connects to the ground port of your wall outlet — the same port that safely grounds your other electronics. It doesn't carry any active current into your body; it simply gives your body a path to the earth's natural charge.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold and tumble dry low, just like a normal cotton sheet. The silver threads are woven into the fabric itself, not coated on top, so regular washing won't damage the conductivity.

What if my outlet doesn't have a ground pin?

Older homes sometimes have two-prong outlets without a ground pin. In that case, you'll need a grounded adapter or an outlet with a ground connection to use GroundNightly. Most homes built after the 1960s already have grounded outlets.

How long until I notice a difference?

Some people notice a difference within the first few nights; for others it takes a couple of weeks of consistent use. Everyone's body responds differently, so we recommend giving it at least 2–3 weeks before deciding if it's right for you.
