What is AR remote assistance?

AR remote assistance lets a remote expert guide a user in real time using annotations, arrows, and visual cues over live video.

Auto-start (Xiaomi / Redmi)

For the best experience (and to properly end sessions for other participants), enable Auto-start in your phone's Settings.

Camera is not available (Android)

Move your device a little farther away from the surface; the message should disappear after a few seconds. Some Android phones automatically switch cameras, and not every camera supports AR.

Can't save video / start tutorial recording (iOS / Android)

This can happen due to a system or permission issue. Try the following: Update GuideMeAR Make sure Storage permission is granted Restart your device Update iOS/Android to the latest version

AR Drawing not working

For AR Drawing to work properly, scan the area by moving your device slowly in a small circular motion.

How to delete account?

To delete your account: Open the GuideMeAR app Go to your Profile If prompted, sign in to the account you want to delete Tap "Delete Account"
