01 NEEDS ANALYSIS

To gain a deeper understanding of your needs, we will ask pertinent questions and collect relevant data. Additionally, we will conduct a site review and system audit of your building.

02 SOLUTIONS

After gaining an understanding of your building’s current conditions, we develop corrective and energy-saving measures. We then present a proposal of solutions to you and your team for review. Once everyone is in agreement on the proposed solution, our team will engineer it accordingly.

03 INSTALLATION

To get the project underway, we’ll hold a kick-off meeting to mobilize the operations and installation team. To stay on top of progress, regular project progress reports and meetings will be held.

04 COMMISSIONING

Once all of the equipment has been installed, we proceed with a thorough point-to-point system check-out to ensure the system works according to your specifications. During this process, we identify and rectify any discrepancies, and generate as-built drawings to record the system’s details.

05 TRAINING

At HIS, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. That’s why we offer free, unlimited training for the life of the system to all of our customers. We understand that you may have different needs, so we also provide on-site owner training and factory training whenever necessary.

06 SERVICE
