It is the client that is responsible for paying our fees, however we never hide the fact that a candidate’s future is our first priority.

I have sent a copy of my CV and I can see vacancies on your website that I think I am suitable for. Why have you not called me?

This could be for any number of reasons. Sometimes clients are specific about industry experience. For example, they might have told us that they only want to see candidates with a certain amount of print, packaging or paper industry experience. It could also be based on the information we hold on you, whereby we don’t think that you would be interested in the role.
