Standard integrations cover Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clio, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Twilio, RingCentral, and most major systems. Custom integrations are scoped at the Premium tier.

How long until we see a line running in shadow mode?

Six weeks from kickoff. Two weeks of architecture, three weeks of agent build, one week of shadow deployment. We promote it from shadow to live when the numbers say so, not on a calendar.

Can we cancel? Who owns the customer data?

You can cancel any month, no penalty. You own all data. It lives in your Google Cloud project, not ours. We deploy into your tenant. On exit you keep the system, you keep the data, and we deliver a transition document.

Why Google Cloud and not OpenAI, Anthropic, or a stack we already use?

A scoped Architecture Diagnostic, usually about three weeks. We map your operation, score maturity, quantify the gap, and hand you a sequenced roadmap. Many clients continue into an assembly line build; others take the plan and decide the timing is not right yet. Both outcomes are fine.
