How much does a visit cost?

We charge a fixed hourly rate with no call-out fee within 25km of the Hobart CBD. Most home jobs are sorted within the hour. We'll always let you know the cost up front — no surprises on the invoice.

How quickly can you come?

Often same day for urgent things like no internet or a laptop that won't start where available, otherwise within a day or two. Evenings and weekends are fine — just tell us what suits you. Same day & weekend services have an additional surcharge in addition to our hourly rate.

What if you can't fix it on the spot?

If a problem turns out to be a hardware failure or something we can't solve at your place, we'll tell you the honest next step — whether that's a part, back to our shop for repair, or a replacement. Whatever needs doing we'll organise it and keep you in the loop throughout the process.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes — and we won't try to sign you up for anything. Most IT companies want you on a monthly plan before they'll lift a finger. We're not built that way. You call when something's wrong, we come and sort it out properly. If there's anything we can do while we're there to make things more reliable down the track, we'll do it or let you know.

Where exactly do you go?

All across Greater Hobart — Kingston, Sandy Bay, Glenorchy, the Eastern Shore, Sorell, New Norfolk and everywhere in between. If you're within 25km of the CBD, there's no call-out fee at all. For those a little further out, we still come to you — just with a small per km charge for the extra distance, up to 40km at this stage.
