What is HigherCall?

HigherCall is a Christian community platform centered on collaborative Bible study rooms. Small groups of believers join live rooms, discuss scripture, and are assisted by Grace — our AI facilitator — who provides verse lookups, theological context, and note-taking. The platform also includes a curated faith content feed moderated by Watchman AI.

What are Bible study rooms?

Study rooms are live text-based spaces where a group of believers discuss a scripture passage or topic together. Grace, our AI facilitator, participates by looking up verses, providing context, fact-checking claims against scripture, and building notes in real time. At the end, a summary can be generated and shared with the community.

What is Watchman AI?

Watchman AI, inspired by Isaiah 21:6, is HigherCall's grace-first content moderation system. Every piece of submitted content is reviewed by Claude AI before it appears in the feed. It's denominationally neutral, provides clear explanations for decisions, and users can appeal rejections.

Do I need to download an app?

No. HigherCall is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Open it in any modern browser and use it immediately. On Android, tap the browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen. On iPhone, tap Share in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen. It installs like a native app — no app store required.

Is HigherCall free?

Yes, HigherCall is completely free to use. We rely on voluntary donations from the community to maintain and develop the platform.

What content categories does HigherCall cover?

HigherCall covers Ministry, Family, and Creative content categories — sermons, testimonies, worship music, articles, quotes, and resources. All content is reviewed by Watchman AI before appearing in the feed.
